*Normally, in a two day period, you can choose floorings, tile, cabinets, fireplaces, special lighting, and plumbing fixtures from our local suppliers. 

*Also, we offer weekly digital photos of your home"s progress. 

*All of our homes are stick built on site.  Because of our experience in the high-end market, we always put special features or (touches) on our modestly budgeted homes.  This makes every home we build unique.

*All of our homes have an industry standard, one year warranty.  Of course, there are also much longer manufacturer warranties in effect.

*If you choose to work with us, we pride ourselves on honest, realistic, build dates and goals.  Normally, we can build an average size home in 14 to 20 weeks, (weather permitting).  Another note worthy fact, is that building supplies are at twenty year lows.  It's a very good time to build from a cost standpoint.
